Effective
with the November 3, 2005 letting, we will no longer be sending
out green proposals upon award of a project. Instead, we will enclose
the eight extra proposals and mail them with the Awarded Contract
Documents. These proposals will be copies of the bid proposal printed
on white paper that includes the contractor’s name, all addendums
and the schedule of items.

accepts internet bids from authorized bidders thru BidExpress.

Form 173 and send it in to the contracts office.
